Return & Exchange Policy
1. Damaged or Faulty Products

3. Non-Returnable Items

4. Wrong Item Received
If you receive an item that differs from what you ordered in terms of model, color, or specifications, we will arrange a reverse pickup (subject to service availability in your location) and send the correct product.
5. Return Shipping Charges
Return or replacement shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer in cases where the return is due to dissatisfaction or change of mind.
6. Refund & Replacement Processing Time
Once the returned product has been inspected and approved, the refund or replacement process will begin. Customers will be informed about the expected delivery timeline.
